Periwinkle Residences Handover Flagship Projects In Its Grandiose Lifestyle Estate.

Periwinkle Residences Limited has delivered 81 units of its Luxurious Casa Lunaria Villa, Oxygen Condos and Ixora Terrace homes in Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate in the last quarter of 2022.

The Chairman (Dr. Chiedu Nweke) formally welcomed all the guests and commenced his speech after the opening prayer by Surveyor Kolawole Oshin, by reminiscing on the first interaction and the journey with all those involved, from concept to completion. He delivered a great speech in which he thoroughly explained past achievements and future plans for Periwinkle Empire. Dr. Chiedu Nweke having founded and promoted Orange Island, a 150 hecteres modern up-market residential, mixed use and commercial mega city in Lagos State, has adopted his experience and expertise into the development of Periwinkle Empire.

The Periwinkle Empire spearheaded by Dr. Chiedu Nweke has a prepared a short-medium- and long- term plan to expand the vision of developing premium residences around the world. He expressed this while reassuring the subscribers present at the handover that they have indeed invested wisely. His words made the subscribers extremely happy. He added that Periwinkle will never compromise on its sky-high standards for top notch, quality building materials, interior furnishings and premium finishings.

Staying true to its promises of delivering premium housing to its subscribers, Periwinkle Empire on the 16th of December 2022 handed over two of its iconic projects- The Casa Lunaria Villas and The Oxygen Condos at the Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate in Lekki Phase 1 to its existing subscribers.

Victor Enyingwa (Head of Business Development) gave the opening remark, which reiterated Periwinkle Empire managements’ belief in connecting with its subscribers and making this occasion special for them. Hence, what better way to do this than to individually invite subscribers to the premises and hand over keys to their properties. This makes it a celebrated occasion for both Periwinkle and its valued customers.

Mr. Amachagi and Professor Ikimalo, both subscribers and special guests of honour were thrilled to cut the ribbons at The Casa Lunaria Villa and The Oxygen Condos respectively.

Tunde Olatunji (MD, Periwinkle Condos) eloquently thanked customers and members of staff for their unwavering support, patience, back-breaking dedication and hard-work throughout the year.

Periwinkle management strives hard to fulfill the dreams of its customers and will continue to do so in future.

Afterwards, many of the invited guests joined the guided tours of the buildings presenting an opportunity for a closer look. The day closed with thanks to all the invited guests for gracing the occasion with their solemn presence.
